Rotary joint

The rotary joint designed by OTT-JAKOB can be perfectly matched with its double force broach mechanical system. According to your different applications, we offer three different series of rotary joints:

Single channel - OIL (1K-oil): The 1K-oil rotary joint is an economical choice for medium and low speed spindle retraction (up to 10000RPM), but it does not have center water outlet. This rotary joint provides hydraulic connections for the operation of the broach system.

Dual channel rotary joint: OTT-JAKOB provides dual channel rotary joints for medium and low speed spindles. Dual channel rotary joint, one channel is used for hydraulic retraction of the broach system, and the other channel is used for center water outlet. Our standard products offer a variety of different types of center outlet water and connection sizes for mandrels.

Tension gauge

The compact size and portability of the tension gauge make it an essential tool for machine tool operators, maintenance supervisors, and machining center and spindle manufacturers. The tension gauge has an incredible new function, with a claw slot for automatic tool change vehicles (ATC): the new adapter allows you to use the tension gauge in ATC. When in automatic mode, the tension gauge will automatically turn on during tool change. After returning to the cutter car, the tension gauge will enter sleep mode to save electricity and increase battery life. LED display with high brightness, able to clearly display measured values even under worst-case lighting conditions. The brightness of the display can also be adjusted separately.
