1. Dust/splash proof IP65 level
The special structure with inverted base positioning and bottom opening has achieved high dust/splash resistance of IP65 for the first time, using a slider type ROBO cylinder.
2. Compact
IAI's splash proof single axis robot (ISWA series) has become smaller, approximately 100 inches. 60% cross-sectional area ratio while maintaining the excellent splash resistance of ISWA robots. (60% is based on the comparison between ISWA-S and RCP4W-SA5C)
3. Installed on wall or ceiling
Wall mounted brackets and ceiling brackets are provided as options, greatly increasing the freedom of installation.
4. Can be installed on the workbench on all sides
The table surrounds the actuator for positioning, with threaded holes on the upper, lower, left, and right sides, increasing the freedom of actuator installation.
5. Selection of lubricating grease
You can choose industrial grease (Daphne Epone No.2) (standard) or food grade grease (Medallion FM No.1) for the guide rails and ball screws in the actuator.
