1. Using a power supply voltage change of more than 10% may burn out the motor's output torque and be accompanied by a decrease or abnormality.

2. When burned out, there is a possibility of motor overload, and the current of the first test line during operation is within the rated current value.

3. Even under normal operating conditions, the surface temperature of the motor may exceed 70 ℃. When the motor is running, place it as close as possible to the motor, create a "High Temperature Attention" icon and post it in a prominent position on the motor.

4. When the motor is reversed, adjust the single-phase motor wiring diagram. The three-phase motor only needs to reverse the power line.

Working environment of Wanxin planetary reducer:

1. Do not use this reducer in explosive environments, flammable oxygen gas environments, or corrosive environments with leaks.

2. Do not forcefully bend, pull or squeeze the power supply, cables, and wires.

3. After the installation of the motor, it is necessary to use a good grounding wire located above the junction box.

4. Installation, connection, and inspection shall be carried out by qualified technical personnel.

5. The installation environment must be dry and well ventilated, with an ambient temperature between -5 and 40 ℃. Abnormal high temperatures or shading times should be specified.

6. The reduction motor and motor should be installed on a flat and sturdy base.
