Characteristics of Sherwin emulsifier:
ER-83A is a concentrated "detergent" that is diluted with water and used to emulsify Xuanwei's fluorescent penetrant, such as Xuanwei's "RC -" designated product. ER-83A removes the surface non washable penetrant through spray or immersion after the pre cleaning step. This product meets the requirements of low sulfur, low halogen, and low sodium, with a flash point exceeding 200F, and is an OSHA IIIB grade material.
