Pneumatically driven gas booster
A flexible and efficient pneumatic gas booster for delivering high-pressure gas.
Haskel designs and manufactures gas boosters that set the industry standard for durability, safety and reliability. Used for nearly all industrial gases, Haskel pneumatic gas boosters are ideal for gas pressure increase, high-pressure gas transfer, cylinder charging and scavenging, and can produce pressures up to 39,000 psi (2690 bar).
Our global reputation for providing the most reliable gas boosters in every industry is backed by a global network of high-pressure expertise, service and support.
Haskel pneumatic gas boosters are proven to be safe, strong, reliable, compact and easy to maintain, providing many operational advantages
· Safe pneumatic operation – no risk of heat, flame or sparks
· Continuously variable cycle speed and output
· Pressures up to 39,000 psi (2690 bar)
· Easy to apply automatic control
· No limitations or adverse effects on continuous stop/start applications
· Sealing system designed for long operating life
· No aviation lubricator required
· Hydrocarbon-free – separation between air and gas fractions
· Built-in cooling to quickly cool compressed gas
· Single, double acting and two-stage models
Ability to stop at any predetermined pressure and maintain a fixed pressure without consuming power or generating heat

Pneumatically driven gas booster configuration
Single-acting, single-stage superchargers are the smallest and lightest, with pressures up to 39,000 psi. Double-acting, single-stage provides twice the performance of a single-acting single-stage supercharger. Two-stage model is used for high gas compression ratios.
